The Albany County Board of Commissioners hired a firm of library consultants to conduct a building needs assessment of the Laramie library in the spring of 2009. The libary's five year plan included such an assessment. The consultants visted Laramie, interviewing focus groups, elected officials, and boards (library, foundation, and Friends of the Library). The final report is below with supporting documents to the right and preliminary documents to the left. Print copies are available for check out.
